Designed Electrochemical and Wet-chemical Fabrication of Cu/Cu2O@TiO2 Hybrid Nanowire Arrays for Li-ion Microbattery
Well-organized Cu/Cu2O@TiO2 hybrid nanowire arrays are fabricated by a facile strategy combining the template-directed deposition and in situ template-sacrificial reaction. With an ideal geometrical configuration, the prepared nanoelectrodes exhibit superior rate capability with enhanced areal capacity when used as anode materials for reversible Li+ storage.
