Protective Films Formed on Copper by Oxygen Plasma Treatment
Oxidation of copper foils by an inductively coupled oxygen plasma results in the formation of an oxide layer. The protective properties of the film are investigated by electrochemical methods. The corrosion potential depends on the working parameters of the plasma and, in particular, on the treatment time.
