Pt/Carbon 촉매를 이용한 VOCs의 촉매산화 및 전환 속도 해석
Catalytic Oxidation of VOCs Using Pt/Carbon & Conversion Kinetics Analaysis
This study was used Pt/Carbon catalyst being made by Colloid method. The one-component catalyst oxidation was studied at the temperature of the range 180~350 ℃ and the inlet concentration of the range 133~400 ppmv. And the catalyst oxidation of two-component mixture was studied as changing the volume ratio of aromatic solvents to 1:1, 1:3, 3:1 and inlet concentration was kept constant 200 ppmv. This study used two-stage redox kinetic model. The one-component catalyst oxidation conversion increased in order benzene > toluene > styrene. Also two-component catalyst oxidation conversion increased in order benzene > toluene > styrene. But the conversion decreasing ratio of the mixture of aromatic solvents was increased by decreased the competition absorption of aromatic solvents on the activated site, and in order benzene > toluene > styrene. Therefore, this study was analysed the kinetics or conversion of the mixture of aromatic solvents using one-component kinetic data.
