고체윤활 베어링의 제조방법 및 특성연구
A Study on Manufacturing and Characteristics of solid Lubricant Oilless Bearin

This study is the manufacture of solid lubricant oilless bearing using sintered parts. PTFE was as organic solid lubricant and MoS 2 as inorganic solid lubricant, and its characteristics were studied. Thickness of lubricant was suited 25~ 100μm for lubricant characteristics. Curring temperature of MoS_2filmwas12 0^{\circ}C,2hoursandthatofPTFEfilmwas 260^{\circ}C,20minutes.Thesolidweightandsolidvolumeof MoS_2filmwas51.7 -200~+280 ^{\circ}C.Conductionofelectricitycanbeincreasebyadditionofgraphiteor α - PbO_2.Theelectricconductivitywas100 180 \Omega$ .
