The Trametes trogii laccase ability to decolorize azo and triarylmethane-dyes was studied in the absence of redox mediators. Various physico-chemical parameters were studied to achieve maximum dye decolorization. In crude-laccase presence, MG and BCG were completely degraded after 6 h at 50 mg/l of dye.
