With a new generation of core-shell polymer composites, the performance of elastomers and thermoplastics can be combined. Thermosets impact can be modified. At interfaces or positioned in boundary layers of the polymer structure, coreshell polymer composites can act as a mediator between two phases, even at relatively low content in the matrix. Application parameters of a polymer type, here thermosets, can be positively changed.
