아크릴모노머와 무수물을 이용한 상아질접착제의 합성과 접착특성에 관한 연구(I)
A Study on the Synthesis of Dentine Adhesive by Acrylic Monomer and Anhydride and its Properties of Adhesion
Dental adhesive monomer need the hydrophilic group for get wettability with water on dentine and ivory surface, and need the hydrophobic group for restrain peel because if too strong hydrophilic on dentine surface, adhesive peel from it, and need double bond for polymerization with composite resin. Preparation by acid mordant on dentine surface consider common method for get strong adhesive with dental. Therefore monomers was synthesized by reaction of ester group crearation with trimellitic anhydride(TA) and acrylic monomer which were Hydroxypropylacrylate(HPA), Hydroyethylacrylate(HEA), N-Hydroxymethylacrylamide(HMAA).
