DNA damage-responsive transgene expression mediated by the p53 promoter with transcriptional amplification

We constructed a DNA damage-responsive transgene expression system mediated by the p53 promoter. We incorporated a transactivation system to generate transcriptional amplification via a positive feedback loop.
