Recently hydrogenated lecitihin has been studied widely for the safety of skin. Hydrogenated lecitihin reduces the surface tension less than normal non-ionic surfactant and has been used as a co-surfactant. In this report, we have studied the stability of low viscosity emulsion stabilized by hydrogenated lecithin using high pressure mixer. In the first step, coarse emulsion was prepared with hydrogenated lecithin and liquid paraffin and then this emulsion was passed through high pressure mixer in order to make miniemulsion. We also expected the stability of emulsions by measuring zeta-potential.
