Use of waste electrode materials for production of positive plates of lead-acid batteries
Waste electrode material was used for prodn. of active mass for Pb-acid cells with positive plates (addn. up to 15%). The resting voltage of the cells increased while their average capacity decreased with increasing the amt. of the added waste material. The reusability of the waste electrode materials was confirmed.
