고분자 유화제의 변화에 따른 아크릴 에멀젼의 물성 변화
Property Changes of Acryl Emulsion with Polymeric emulsifier
Recently, the requirement for the waterborne PSA has been grown greatly due to environmental, regulatory, safety and process advantages. Therefore, solvent based PSA are being more and more replaced by waterborne PSA world widely. But, the waterborne pressure-sensitive adhesives have less adhesion properties and humidity resistance than the solvent based pressure-sensitive adhesives. In order to overcome those problems, the waterborne PSA has been synthesized using polymeric emulsifier instead of conventional emulsifiers. In this research, the effects of initial tackiness, holding strength and peel strength with acid contents of polymeric emulsifier were investigated. It was observed that peel strength, initial tackiness and holding strength of waterborne acrylic PSA were much affected affected by the acid contents of polymeric emulsifiers.
