A vector method of representation of enzymic reactions 3. Three-dimensional system of the K' V-m' I coordinates convenient for representation of enzyme inhibition and activation
A three-dimensional K'V-m'I system of rectangular coordinates convenient for data analysis of enzyme inhibition and activation by using the vectors of these reactions is proposed. Data on the inhibitory effect of increasing concentrations of adenosinetetraphosphate on bovine pyrimidine-specific RNase A were processed by a new method, permitting to take into account the following criteria: stability of the proceeding of enzymic reaction, intensity of enzyme inhibition and the total effect of the inhibitor on the enzyme.
