Comments on "Stability of linear time invariant fractional delay systems of retarded type in the space of delay parameters [Automatica 49 (2013) 1287-1294]"

This correspondence points out that some results reported in a recent paper (Mesbahi and Haeri, 2013) are not correct, mainly due to an insufficient consideration of the degenerate case. Three counterexamples to these results are presented. (C) 2016 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
