Distribution of Cl- in the CH3NH3PbI3-xClx layer of perovskite solar cells has been investigated using glow-discharge optical emission spectrometry (GD-OES) measurements. The Cl- is distributed in the bulk of the perovskite film and is not accumulated at the TiO2/CH3NH3PbI3 interface.
