Effect of the amorphous nanoparticles of silica in aqueous dispersion on self-adhesive and compatibility properties of water-borne acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives
Aq. dispersions of amorphous nanoparticles of SiO2 were added to corn. water-borne acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives to improve their the self-adhesive properties and compatibility. The filler addn. (3-5% by mass) resulted in decreasing tack and compatibility of the adhesive systems.
