Wastewater from a poultry processing plant was purified by dissolved air flotation method after addn. of chemicals to adjust pH and improve coagulation and flocculation of dispersed particles. The concn. of impurities, org. compds., suspended solids, fat as well as N and P compds. were reduced down to below the limit values.
