Three-dimensional porous graphene for simultaneous detection of dopamine and uric acid in the presence of ascorbic acid
An electrochemical sensor has been developed for simultaneous detection of dopamine (DA), uric acid (UA) in the presence of ascorbic acid (AA) based on three-dimensional porous graphene (PGE) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to characterize the synthesis of the PGE. Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) results showed that DA, UA could be detected selectively and sensitively in the presence of AA at PGE modified GCE(PGE/GCE), which exhibited a good linearity of DA, UA in the ranges of 0.2-8 mu M, 1-60 mu M with remarkable sensitivity 2.104 mu A/mu M, 0.292 mu A/mu M, respectively.
