Reaction-Rate Constants (295 K) for (CH2)-C-3 with H2S, SO2, and NO2 - Upper-Bounds for Rate Constants with Less Reactive Partners
Direct measurements have been made of the reactive removal rate of tripler methylene with H2S, SO2, and NO2, yielding values for the rate constants of (2.0 +/- 0.3) x 10(-12), (4.9 +/- 0.6) x 10(-12), and (6.9 +/- 1.5) x 10(-11) cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1), respectively. H-2, CO, CO2, N2O, CH3Cl, (CH3)(2)CO, and C6H6 were found to have rate constants less than similar to 10(-14) cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1).
