The enzyme technology was applied to paper making process of tissue and machine grazed paper on plant scale for the control of sticky troubles and the physical and the optical properties of final products were measured. The brust strength and the water absorbency of tissue paper were enhanced to 110% of controled paper. And also, the strength properties and the stiffness of machine grazed paper were increased with enzyme treatment.
