Production of sodium tripoliphosphate from alternative raw materials. An example of realization of circular economy assumptions
Bone pulp was used as an alternative raw material for prodn. of Na5P3O10 by disoln. in H2SO4 neutralization with Na2CO3 (with addn. of NH4)NO3) and calcination at 400-550 degrees C. The product met the std. quality requirements and was recommended for prodn. of washing powders.
