Study of the Li3Fe1.2Sc0.75Y0.05 (PO4)(3) ceramics by impedance and Mossbauer spectroscopy
Li3Fe1.2Sc0.75Y0.05(PO4)(3) compound has been synthesized by the solid state reaction method. The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) investigation have shown that synthesized powders belong to Monoclinic symmetry (space group P2(1)/n) with Z = 4 formula units in the unit cell. For the study of electrical properties ceramics samples were prepared. For measurements of the electrical impedance in the frequency range of 10 Hz-1 MHz 2- and 4-probe methods were used. The coaxial line was used for the investigation of impedance spectra in the frequency range from 1 MHz to 3 GHz. The electrical properties of the ceramics were studied in the temperature interval from room temperature (RT) to 600 K. The Mossbauer spectra were measured in the (10-600) K temperature.
