Alkyne Hydroheteroarylation: Enantioselective Coupling of Indoles and Alkynes via Rh-Hydride Catalysis
We report an enantioselective coupling between alkynes and indoles. A Rh-hydride catalyst isornerizes alkynes to generate a metal-allyl species that can be trapped with both aromatic and heteroaromatic nucleophiles.
