유무기 하이브리드 SLS 3-D 프린팅 소재 특성 연구
Characteristics of Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Material for SLS 3-D Printing

SLS 3-D 프린팅 적층 공정에서 형성 층의 치수 안정성 향상을 위하여 유리 비드를 첨가하여 이에 따른 적층 가공성 변화와 융착 공정으로 만들어진 형성 층의 물성 변화를 확인하여 보았다. 나일론 분말에 유리 비드를 15% 이내로 첨가하면 분말 흐름 특성을 판단하는 Hausner ratio가 증가하나 1.25로 제한되어 SLS 3-D 프린팅 분말 슬라 이싱 공정에는 지장이 없음을 확인하였다. 유리 비드의 첨가는 형성 층의 치수 안정성을 향상시키는 동시에 flexural strength 또한 증가시킴을 알 수 있었다. 유리 비드를 나일론 용액으로 코팅하는 경우, 융착 공정이 개선됨을 알 수 있었으며 그 결과, 추가적인 치수 안정성 증가와 flexural strength 개선을 확인할 수 있었다.
Glass bead was introduced to enhance the dimensional stability in the layer made by SLS 3-D printing. The effects of glass bead on the slicing process and physical properties of layer made by sintering process were investigated. It was found that Hausner ratio which shows the flow ability of powder increased by glass bead but it was remained under 1.25 which did not affect the slicing characteristic of nylon powder in SLS 3-D printing by addition of glass bead less than 15%. The enhancement of dimensional stability and increase of flexural strength were noticed in the layer made by nylon with glass bead. Further improvements on dimensional stability and flexural strength were found when nylon coated glass bead was applied.
