Graphite multilayer thin films: a new anode material for Li-ion microbatteries synthesis and characterization
A thin-film carbon anode was prepared by a repeat: deposition process from a commercial graphite dispersion. Archeson Aquadag(R), which produced non-turbostratic films. Electronic conductivity measured with an aligned four-point set-up is lower than that of pure graphite. Cyclic voltammetry studies show that these thin films present the usual intercalation stages of lithium in graphite.
