The crystal structure was investigated on YbFe2O4 films which are deposited on Al2O3(0001) substrate under different partial oxygen pressure (pO(2)). The films show high crystalline quality and well-orientation. The inplane lattice parameter is smaller in the film which is grown under lower pO(2), indicating higher stoichiometry.
