MULTIPHASE HIGH-PRESSURE EQUILIBRIA OF CARBON-DIOXIDE WATER ACETONE
Data on liquid-liquid-vapor equilibria and critical points in the ternary system carbon dioxide-water-acetone were obtained with an analytical view cell. At 293, 313, and 333 K, the whole pressure range in which liquid-liquid-vapor equilibria exist was covered (pressures between 1.8 and 9.5 MPa). The new data extend the range where reliable information on the phase behavior of the carbon dioxide-water-acetone system is available. Where possible, the results are critically compared to literature data.
