Modeling and evaluation of properties of lubricants used in the food industry
Nine lubricants were prepd. by using vegetable oils and their mixts. with mineral or synthetic oils and studied for limit load, oxidn. stability and resistance to wear both under lab. and operating conditions by std. methods. The vegetable oil-based lubricants met the quality requirements for the food industry.
