Four solid fuels made of municipal waste, sewage sludge, oil-polluted soil and wasted biomass were studied for tech. properties, compn. and calorific value, to compare their impact on environment and human health with bituminous coal. The studied fuels were energy efficient and showed lower environmental impact than the coal after combustion.
