Granulated organic-mineral fertilizers formed from the spent mushroom substrate. Part 2. Effect of the fertilizers on yield and the magnezium content in the test plants
Six org.-mineral fertilizers prod. according to E. Kutmirek et al. (2018) were used in pot crops (N doses 100 or 200 kg/ha) for growing cabbage and corn. Plant yields were detd. by weight method while Mg contents test plants by at. absorption spectrometry. The yields and Mg contents increased with the increasing fertilizer dose. The type of fertilizer used did not affect the yield of corn. Use of the fertilizer based on the mixt. of compost and sewage sludge resulted in the receipt of the smallest yield of cabbage as well as the lowest Mg content in each test plant.
