Hydrogen mobility roll-up site selection using intuitionistic fuzzy sets based WASPAS, COPRAS and EDAS
In this study, an intuitionistic fuzzy set based multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) method, including WASPAS, COPRAS and EDAS is proposed for selecting the best location for hydrogen mobility roll-up site selection in Romania. These methods are based on the determined set of decision makers' weights, criteria, alternatives and linguistic terms. The performances of the proposed methods are compared with the intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS from the literature. The study begins with the description of the Romanian mobility landscape and the necessity to revamp the fleet and refuelling infrastructure to a new and environmentally friendly framework. The work analyses a number of four locations for hydrogen mobility roll-up in Romania and 14 criteria grouped in 5 categories: demography, fleet, refuelling infrastructure, road infrastructure and economy. All criteria have certain and specific values presented in tables. The evaluations of all locations and criteria use the rating scales and linguistic terms that are translated into the intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. The ranking of the best site for hydrogen mobility start-up in Romania using above proposed methodologies and comparison with others form literature are shown in the final part of article. On the bases of the objective criteria and MCDM methods, the best location and starting point for the hydrogen mobility for Romania is Bucharest, the capital city.
