In this paper, we studied the nitration of 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazaisowurtzitane acyl derivatives with mixed H2SO4/HNO3 and HNO3/NH4NO3. The substitution of the nitro group for acyl residues of weaker acids took place most easily. The nitration of such amides in the mixed acid proceeded fairly good. In the case of using amides of formic and other stronger acids, the best results were achieved with HNO3/NH4NO3.
