Partially Immersed Cylindrical Horizontally Revolving Electrodes for the Production of Conducting Polymers
Partially immersed cylindrical horizontally revolving electrodes (PICHRE) are of immense use in the production of conducting polymers. The method is amenable for both powder or film production. Cyclic voltammetry of pyrrole on stainless steel-PICHRE is reported along with conductivity, shielding efficiency, and mechanical properties for the poly(pyrrole) p-toluenesulfonate film produced using this method.
