Relationship between shock parameter and coal particle parameter of advanced premixed micro-soft abrasive coal-water jet
Advanced premixed micro-soft abrasive coal-water jet (APMACJ) technology is a coal-breaking, anti-reflection technology that can filter reused coal-water in situ. To determine the shock effect and variation law of micro soft abrasive coal-water jet, the shock parameters of coal-water medium with different mass concentrations was measured, and the particle size ratio of coal-water medium was analyzed. The weight of coal particles with a particle size of <0.008 mm was determined to be directly proportional to the effective shock distance, and the relationship function between them was obtained. Subsequently, the equations of the relationship between the shock pressure and the particle weight and those of the hole expansion radius and the particle weight were derived. The maximum shock pressure of the APMACJ technology was 2.8 MPa higher than that of pure water jet, which was 46% of the theoretical coal crushing pressure. The coal-water jet has higher visibility than the water jet. (C) 2020 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
