In this paper we describe all the necessary conditions for the production of high quality rubber compounds from the view of a data managing system Using data flow-diagrams we show how it is possible to determine all used materials in every compound batch. By adding the measured process parameters from any step of the production and the test parameters, all necessary data are available to establish quality documents.
