It is attempted to determine the kinetics of the silica/organosilane reaction by the use of HPLC taking into account silane concentration, type of silane, filler moisture content, pH value and reaction temperature. The information obtained from part 1 concerning the reaction model for the reaction is used as the basis for the evaluation of the kinetics.
