Micro plastics parts have for years been produced extremely inefficiently by injection moulding. Although conventional technologies have not yet reached the limits of what is feasible, it is only through the adoption and effective exploitation of a new technology that genuine advances in quality will be possible. This is illustrated by a direct comparison by means of a micro operating pin.
