New types of carbon, C-60 and tubules, as exotic materials are presented with reference to the relevant literature. Conductivity and superconductivity found for alkali C-60 fullerides are described and discussed on a basis of crystal structure. The potential utility of the inner spaces of both C-60 and tubules is also addressed from the nano material science point of view.
