Reviewed is a problem of determination of permissible cooling temperatures and shut-down period during winter time for the stack-tank oil pipe line, connecting Varieganskoye field with central tank farm of Samotlor field II development stage; Presented are estimates of permissible shut-down period; depending on average daily temperatures and wind velocity.
