Presented is an opinion of the head of one of the largest oil&gas companies on the measures on economic efficiency increase for utilization of state resources fund and its study. It is necessary to realize an integrated program, which should be based, first of all, on the measures, targeted for application of acting legislation and, also, for solution of a number of oil&gas complex＇s problems, from which the following should be highlighted: financing of mineral resource base restoration; economic incentives for putting into operation idle wells＇ stock, economic incentives for development and producing of new oil fields; determination of payment procedures for recovery of mineral fossils.
