Reviewed are possible options for solution of the problem how to tie-up extensive information flows in large oil company with utilization of integrated information system "Galaktika". Presented are arguments, defining selection of such system by "Yukos" experts. Described are technical solutions, realized in Oil Company "Yukos" during implementation of "Galaktika" system.
