The structure of near bore-hole formation area, opened with utilization of polymer solution, has been studied. The influence of polymer solution on geophysical parameters has been evaluated, using: lab modelling of filtration and interaction of polymer solution with rocks of different composition and structure; mathematical modelling for different well conditions; statistical analyses of geophysical surveys in the wells, drilled through the same sediments, utilysing drilling muds and polymer solutions.
