Construction and operation of the world-largest horizontal well cluster has been analysed. Design and implementation of KTK Gorizont, a computerised telecontrol package, is expected to gain good scientific advantages and technology performance of commercial horizontal well drilling operations. Water-jet horizontal well operation has boosted well utilisation rate and the resulted cumulative oil production.
