Presented are results of research on oil storage losses from the tanks of 18 oil tank farms of Open Joint Stock Company "Tatneft" with the purpose to determine application efficiency of modern light oil fractions trapping technologies. Reviewed are the ares of such technologies application and operational principles of modern trapping systems.
