Studied is the composition of colmatage formations in water-intake wells and water-intake areas in the cities of Novy Urengoi, Kogalym, Surgut, and in some agricultural water supply facilities. There were carried out 53 treatments of water-intake wells with powder agents, which allowed to increase significantly total water supply to consumers and specific flow rate of wells while putting them into operation in comparison with the initial flow rate.
