Reviewed are the origin conditions of dynamic load at field pipelines transporting two-phase products and hydraulic shock loads in case of shutdown of pipelines. It is emphasized that there are no publications or papers on methods of load estimation and pipeline and construction protection. Methods of load estimation for two-phase flows and protection of pipelines against dynamic load caused by hydraulic shock is proposed.
