Presented are relationships between population health levels and ecological system components, which are subject to the influence of global and impact factors action, A special task is put forward for health and sanitary authorities, scientists to locate and analyze couses, forming ethnology and pathogenesis of different types of illnesses. It is noted, that among such couses the way of living, observance of hygienic regime and nutrition levels play very important role.
