Presented are main targets of unified refinary information-management system development and most important problems, which should be solved by such system. Layout of proposed system for oil refinary is given out. It is shown, that operational and applied provision of the system can be, conditionally. by purpose divided into two groups; the first group shall consist of under-systems of operative management, and the second group - of under-systems and target complexes of organizational-economic management.
