Presented are main sources of commercial efficiency of development and implementation of integrated information-management systems in oil-gas company. Reviewed is a methodical approach on evaluation of such systems implementation commercial efficiency at one of the enterprises of oil-gas complex. Presented are dynamics of expenditures flows for development of the above systems, financial results of their operation, relationship between increase of net discounted profits, provided for by such systems implementation, and discount rate.
