Reviewed is a conceptual model of operator activities, developed by the authors on the basis of studies of 5th category operator activities on tank trucks loading at Paveltsovskaya tank farm. Presented are main directions of professional activities analyzes. It is noted, that proposed conceptual model is a first phase in development of methods of professional selection of operators for tank trucks loading.
