Organizational procedures, aimed at rational utilization of natural resources, are described. Presented is an organization chart of specialized department within OAO "Noyabrskneftegas" management structure, dealing with rational utilization of natural resources, land survey, land construction and ecology. Procedures for preventing of accidental spills are developed.
